2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Account Creation

You may be required to submit documents verifying your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Acceptable documents include:

3.2 Deposit Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. jl38 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., bank, e-wallet service) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for e-wallet and cryptocurrency methods, and within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers, subject to processing times of the payment provider.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jl38 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal conduct. We reserve the right to request evidence of the source of your funds at any time, and you agree to provide such evidence promptly. Failure to satisfy source-of-funds requests may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Third-Party Deposits

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts (including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates) are strictly prohibited. If we detect a third-party deposit, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction, close your account, and forfeit all balances and winnings.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from your jl38 account may be made using the same payment methods available for deposits, subject to verification and regulatory requirements. You must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays. However, first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours or longer to process. Once processed by jl38, the time for funds to reach your account depends on the payment provider and may range from a few minutes (for e-wallets) to three (3) to five (5) business days (for bank transfers).

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Minimum Withdrawal: PHP 500 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency);

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Once a bonus has been credited to your account and you have begun wagering, you may forfeit the bonus at any time by requesting its removal, but any winnings derived from the bonus will also be forfeited.
